Return Policy

At Aurelyon, we value both reliable jewelry and satisfied customers. Was your order not quite what you expected?
Then you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

Right of Withdrawal

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
• After notifying us of the return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
• Returns are only accepted if the item is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

 

Exception: earrings & hygiene

For hygienic reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are clearly unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs

• If you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase amount back, including the standard shipping costs.
• If you keep part of your order, we will only refund the returned items; the original shipping costs remain payable.
• The cost of returning the item is at your own expense.

 

How to register a return

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form. Mention your order number and the item you would like to return.
• You will then receive the return instructions and the return address from us.

 

Refund

Once your returned item has been received by us and meets the return conditions, then:

• we will confirm receipt by email, and
• we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after this confirmation using the same payment method you used.
