Measure your ring size

Option 1: Use a ring that fits well

1. Get a ring that fits well on the correct finger.
2. Measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
3. Look up your ring size in the table.

Option 2: Measure your finger

1. Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger.
2. Mark where it overlaps.
3. Measure the length in millimeters — that's the circumference .
4. Look up your ring size in the table.

Tip: If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size for extra comfort.
